Time sheets should be submitted to the Accounts Department on a weekly basis.
When submitting your time sheet please make sure that:
• Your time sheet is clear and legible
• The time sheet is completed in full including break deduction where necessary.
• If your assigned work place has a break deduction policy that is wavered for your shift you must ensure that this is counter signed by the relevant signatory
• The time sheet should be correctly authorized
